American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Training
We provide instructor-led and blended learning options for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training. We partner with organizations, businesses, and private groups to meet your training needs.
This American Red Cross Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED training equips participants to recognize and care for a variety of first aid breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children, and infants. It is designed for participants who need a certification that satisfies OSHA, workplace, or other regulatory requirements. Upon successful completion, a valid 2-year digital certificate for Adult and/or Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED is issued.
Instructor-Led Learning
Instructor-led learning is designed to be fully taught in person by a Red Cross-certified instructor. The course is a mix of lecture, video, and demonstration to provide knowledge-based learning and skill practice to provide hands-on learning. Participants are required to demonstrate skill competency during skill practices and assessment scenarios.
Blended Learning
The blended learning is divided into two sessions: an online session and then a subsequent skill session that is similar to the instructor-led learning. The online session (accessed via mobile desktop or tablet) must be completed prior to attending the instructor-led skills session. Participants must also present their Online Session Completion Record at the beginning of the skill session.
